LUNCH : VEG - 1 CHAPATI OR BROWN RICE + VEG SABZI + DAL + CURD + SALAD + FLEX SEEDS
NON VEG - BAKED /STEAMED/GRILLED CHICKEN OR FISH 100 GM

EVENING : BOILED OR RASTED CHANNA OR GREEN COFEE OR 2 BOILED EGGS OR GREEN TEA
DINNER : CARROT SOUP OR PUMPKIN SOUP OR MIX VEG SOUP OR CHICKEN SOUP + 50 GM PANEER OR TOFU OR BOILED EGGS 2 OR SOYA CHUNKS

45 MINUTES HIGH INTENSE WORKOUT COMPULSORY
